Shipping & Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.

To start a return, please email us at with the name of the item you'd like to return and your reason. A team member will review your request and will follow up with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so a team member can assist you as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and receive immediate email notification. Please remember it can take 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We offer shipping within the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We offer a flat rate shipping for $5 or free shipping when you spend over $150.
Check your inbox for an email from! Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that has your tracking information. If you cannot find your tracking information, please email and we will resend it.
We ship orders with USPS Priority (1-3 days) OR UPS (1-3 days). Due to COVID-19 and the holidays shipping delays, you may receive your order within 5-7 days.
