Shipping

We offer shipping within the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

Check your inbox for an email from contact@shoptriplep.com! Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that has your tracking information. If you cannot find your tracking information, please email contact@shoptriplep.com and we will resend it.

We ship orders with USPS Priority (1-3 days) OR UPS (1-3 days). Due to nationwide shipping delays, you may receive your order within 5-7 days.

If you did not receive your order, please email our team at contact@shoptriplep.com so we can investigate as soon as possible.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at contact@shoptriplep.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the heavily discounted pricing, items purchased under 'Clearance' are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Contact us at contact@shoptriplep.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to go through an exchange is to repurchase the item and send us an email to begin the return process of the original item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and receive immediate email notification. Please remember it can take 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To start a return, please email us at contact@shoptriplep.com with the name of the item you'd like to return and your reason. A team member will review your request and will follow up with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
