Shipping & Returns

We have a 7 business day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so a team member can assist you as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For now, we only offer shipping within the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We offer a flat rate shipping for $5 or free shipping when you spend over $150. We are also offering a "Pick Up In Person" option for MA residents. If this option is chosen during checkout, a team member will reach out to you!

We ship all orders with USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping, but due to COVID-19 and the Election shipping delays, you may receive your order within 5-7 days.
